Where do I get my tickets Have your tickets mailed or couriered, pick them up during
CPO office hours, or visit the ticket pick-up table (also
known as will-call) as early as one hour prior to the start
of the performance to collect them.
What to Wear
From jeans to tails, you'll see it all! Wear what you want - you're sure to fit in.
Running Late?
CPO concerts start promptly. Ushers will do their best to seat latecomers at appropriate breaks – in some cases this may not be possible until the completion of an entire work
Where to Park The LRT is located just one block away from the Jack
Singer Concert Hall and there are many public parking lots
in the vicinity. Evening and weekend parking in most lots is
as low as $5. Visit www.calgaryparking.com for locations
and rates.
The Calgary Parking Authority operates the parkade beneath the Epcor Centre for Performing Arts. Park your vehicle in a public parking stall indicated by an overhead green light
Pay at a ParkPlus Machine immediately after parking
ParkPlus Machines are located along key pedestrian walkways
At the ParkPlus machine, enter your vehicle’s license plate information and how long you wish to park
Follow the on-screen instructions and insert payment (coins and credit cards accepted)
Although you can print a receipt, no ticket needs to be displayed on your dashboard

How Long is a CPO Concert?
Concerts vary in length but a typical performance is approximately 2 hours with a 20-minute intermission.
Skip the Bar Line-up!
You can order your drinks for intermission before the
concert even begins by taking advantage of the pre-order
service at the lobby bar. Simply pick up your drinks at
intermission and avoid the wait!
